Do you shop for groceries at Kroger? If so, there’s an easy way to support NEEDS with each purchase! With the Kroger Community Rewards program, you can link your Kroger shopper’s card to NEEDS. Kroger makes annual donations to participating organizations — and the more you spend, the more NEEDS will benefit!
To participate, simply visit https://www.kroger.com/i/community/community-rewards to select NEEDS as your Community Rewards organization.
First, make sure you have a digital account for your shopper’s card. You can create one by clicking the “Create Account” button in the top right corner.
On the Kroger Community Rewards page, click “Link Shopper’s Card”:

Search for “NEEDS” in the list of participating organizations:

Once you click the “enroll” button, you will see a confirmation screen. That’s it! Each time you buy groceries for your family, you’ll be helping to feed other hungry families in our community.

Hundreds of people come to the NEEDS pantry for food each month. Many also struggle to afford expensive — but crucial — home and personal care products, which are not covered by SNAP benefits. You can help by donating some of our most-needed items!
Our top need this month is laundry detergent. Other key items are listed below.
Canned and Non-Perishable Food:
Pineapple
Collard greens
Salmon
Pasta without meat
Rice mixes
Home and Personal Care:
Baby wipes
Depends (or generic), male and female, all sizes
Sanitary pads and tampons
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Donations can be dropped off at Kenwood Baptist Church, either at the drive-through during our open hours (Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-1:00), or in the marked boxes at each entrance. You can also donate via our Amazon Wish List, and your donation will be shipped directly to the pantry!

NEEDS has provided food and emergency financial assistance to more than 1600 families this year, including 20 families visiting in August for the first time. We are grateful to the donors and volunteers who help us to meet needs in our community.
