Thank You, St. Gertrude Ladies of Charity!

NEEDS’ pantry coordinators shared this story of generosity from a new partner:

“The Ladies of Charity, an outreach of St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church of Madeira, chose to support the NEEDS food pantry when another pantry they’d supported closed. They were impressed that NEEDS worked within the same service area as their parish did.

The first fruits of their support arrived on Monday, March 3 — in their OWN marked box truck. The group took care to collect items on our pantry’s list of ‘Most Needed Items’ which was of great impact on pantry stock. The group’s driver, Tom, was delighted that donations were going to a pantry that really needed them. NEEDS really looks forward to its ongoing relationship with the Ladies of Charity!”

NEEDS is so grateful to organizations like the Ladies of Charity for their support. Click HERE to find out how you can get involved, too!
